    • Installation of new reinforced steel roofing system and decking to accommodate new cooling tower and 2,500 sq ft roof deck
    • Modernization of all common areas including lobby and hallways
    • Installation of in-unit washer/dryer
    • Modernization and renovation of storefront retail on Columbia Road
