    • Seven blocks north of the white house and is equidistant between Dupont and Logan circles
    • Within walking distance of five metro stops on the red, blue, and orange lines
    • Historical renovation and salvaging of exterior elements and interior wood trims, doors and grand staircase.
      New Metal roofing (European design)
    • Extension of historical grand staircase while preserving the historical features and updating modern railings for safety
    • Integration of new security system throughout and adding SCIF spaces
    • Fully functioning Commercial kitchen to entertain and service VIP’s
