“UIP Hires General Contracting VP, Names Heath Wilkinson as President”

“Under the renovation by UIP General Contracting Inc., its 1925-era façades will be preserved, while the common areas, building systems and individual apartments will be repaired and upgraded.”

“Common-area upgrades will include new front doors, key fob- and telephone-based controlled entry access, a bike storage room and renovated elevators, lobbies and hallways. Electric service throughout the property will be upgraded and individual apartments will be spruced up.”

“The one- and two-bedroom condominium units will range from 900 square feet to more than 1,300 square feet and include GE Café series appliances, iPod docking stations and quartz countertops.”

“UIPGC is doing a complete exterior and interior renovation of the building, including a new roof, windows, doors, roof balcony, landscaping, hardscaping, entry access system, and historical façade restoration.”
